Overdue invoices, chased politely. You approve every one.

Every weekday morning, open invoices are checked against your payment terms. Customers who are late get a short, friendly reminder in their own language and currency, and the tone steps up gently over four reminders. Late-charge wording follows your region's rules. You get one digest to approve before anything goes out, and replies like "paid this morning" or "we'll pay on the 15th" pause the reminders automatically.

Demo Everything here is fictional: the studio, its customers, the invoices and the replies. The demo plays back pre-written notes and readings in your browser. It does not call an AI model, send email or save anything. The real template does the same steps with Claude and your own books (Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online or Xero).

Late-charge presets are starting points, not legal advice: each business confirms with its accountant what its own terms allow, and can turn charges off or set them to "mention only". Kestrel Field Studio is a fictional demo company; every customer, invoice and address is invented and uses the reserved .example domain.
